What data we collect and why

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, e-mail address and the content of your message. This data is processed solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest of the controller, which is to respond to received correspondence.

Recipients of your data

Your data may be shared with the following processors:

  • Resend Inc. (USA) — e-mail delivery service provider. Data is transferred on the basis of standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.
  • Cloudflare Inc. (USA) — provider of the Turnstile verification service, which protects the contact form against automated submissions. Data is processed in accordance with Cloudflare's own privacy policy available at cloudflare.com.
  • netcup GmbH (Germany) — hosting service provider. The kwlc.pl server is hosted by netcup GmbH, Emmy-Noether-Str. 10, 76131 Karlsruhe. Processing takes place exclusively within the EU/EEA (data centres in Nuremberg and Vienna). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the provider.

Your data is not shared with any other third parties and is not used for marketing purposes.

Retention period

Data submitted via the contact form is retained for as long as necessary to handle the correspondence, and no longer than 12 months after the last contact.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your data (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Right to rectification of your data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten", Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
